Yoga & Barre
Our yoga & barre workout classes are held in our Menard Center Studio. These classes are designed for adults and are a great way to get your workout in while your kids are in hockey, soccer or ice skating practice! And we mean a great workout....our teacher Tanya Hegg is not afraid to make you sweat!
Classes are offered on Tuesdays & Thursdays, in the evenings and last 1 hour. Call the studio at 907 354-3658 or Enroll Online!
The first class is free this week...but you must register online or call!
After that drop-in rate is $15 per class and will fill "first come, first serve".
Classes are only $10 each when you 'Buy a Bundle':
12 Class Bundle: $120; expires 90 days from date of purchase
24 Class Bundle: $240; expires 120 days from date of purchase

Barre (18 yrs+)
A hybrid workout class that combines ballet inspired movements with elements of pilates, dance, yoga, and strength training. If you are looking for all over toning and a good sweat: this is the class for you. This class is accessible to all fitness levels!
Tuesday & Thursday: 5:30-6:30pm
Build strength and focus and develop balance and flexibility with yoga. In this beginner friendly class, we will focus on balancing breath with functional movement for an invigorating hour long session. Yoga truly is for everybody....and every body.
Tuesday & Thursday: 6:45-7:45pm
Instructor: Tanya Hegg
Tanya teaches yoga and barre and has extensive experience and training within the realm of exercise and movement. She has also taught multiple classes in a physical therapy/rehabilitation environment as well as in various gym/studio settings. Tanya is passionate about helping individuals with their health and wellness journey! Her classes are geared for all levels, beginner thru advanced. When she's not instructing, you can find her outside with my kids enjoying everything that Alaska has to offer.
